Why We Do What We Do
We do what we do because too many people are living without knowing who they truly are or what they were created for. When identity is broken or forgotten, purpose feels out of reach and families and communities feel the impact. We believe it doesn’t have to be this way.
Through faith-based discipleship, practical skills development, and supportive mentorship, we walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives with confidence, dignity, and hope. As lives are restored, individuals are empowered to carry that transformation into their families, communities, and spheres of influence.
We do this because when one life is restored, a family is strengthened. When families are strengthened, communities begin to thrive. Our vision is a world where men, women, youth, and children walk boldly in who God created them to be, equipped not just to survive, but to lead, serve, and build strong, lasting futures.
Through intentional discipleship and practical empowerment, we raise individuals who influence every sphere of society with integrity and purpose. We believe transformation begins at the centre and extends outward into families, workplaces, and communities. In this way, BBM Foundation serves as a bridge between God’s redemptive plan and real-world impact.
Our Story

After overcoming her own experiences of hardship and violence, our founder, Antoinette Maluleke, carried a deep conviction that her story could become a bridge for others. She envisioned a space where women facing similar struggles could find support, guidance, and practical tools to rebuild their lives but not as victims, but as survivors who thrive.
What began as a woman-centred organisation has since grown into a family- and community-centred movement. As the needs around us became clearer, so did our response. In 2025, BBM Foundation expanded its work to include the Bold Men Skills Development Program, the BBM Growth: Unleash Your Life Gap Year Program, and the Bible Blossoms Club, alongside our flagship Women Unleashed Skills Development Program.
Today, BBM Foundation is a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to restoring identity, unlocking purpose, and equipping women, men, youth, and children to live meaningful, purpose-driven lives. We believe true change begins on the inside, when people understand who they are in Christ and begin to walk confidently in that truth.
Our Ethos
Our programs offer practical, life-changing workshops guided by BBM’s Redemptive Model (Repentance, Renewal, Restoration, Response, and Reproduce). Through this journey, participants grow in their God-given identity, learn to live out Kingdom values, and begin to see real change in their own lives, families, and communities. We help people recognise their strength, turn difficult experiences into growth, and move forward with confidence and dignity.
Through skills training, counselling, mentorship, and community-focused initiatives, we walk alongside people toward lasting transformation — one life, one family, and one community at a time. Everything we do is rooted in faith, dignity, and empowerment, with the heart of creating change that lasts. At BBM Foundation, this is what hope in action looks like: restoring identity, unlocking purpose, and helping people live boldly in who God has called them to be. Our core ways of doing this is through:
Empowerment
We believe in empowerment through equipping. That’s why we focus on teaching practical, marketable skills that lead to financial independence and sustainable livelihoods. Guided by the principle “Teach them to catch fish,” we help individuals build confidence, resilience, and the ability to stand on their own feet.
Wholistic Healing
We believe healing matters. Emotional wounds, trauma, and mental health challenges cannot be ignored. Through counselling, support groups, and partnerships with trusted service providers, we address the deeper scars that often hold people back, helping them rebuild from the inside out.
Transformation
We believe transformation multiplies. Through mentorship and our “Each One Teach One” approach, those who are restored and equipped are encouraged to pour into others in turn creating a ripple effect that strengthens homes and uplifts communities.
